All-Care Physical Therapy & Sports Training, LLC, is a privately owned and operated facility. Jason Fahs, owner, specializes in Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Mr. Fahs, is a graduate from the College of Staten Island, with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. He is also one of approximately 50 board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists in the state of New Jersey, placing him in the top 20% of his field. Mr. Fahs has worked in private practice, high school and university athletic settings (Stockton.edu), and home health care with specialized training in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Jason Fahs is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s (APTA) private practice and orthopedic sections, The National Athletic Trainer’s Association (NATA), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

An avid athlete, Mr. Fahs was an All-conference, All-state, All-region and Adidias Academic All-America athlete in soccer as a senior in college.
